Keara Saud

Keara is a PhD student in Materials Science and Engineering. Her research focuses on the comparison of colloids exhibiting active motion – motion that mimics motion in nature, i.e. flocks of birds, bacterial colonies, and swarms of fish. She got her BS in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University and is originally from Loveland, OH. Aside from engineering, she enjoys being outdoors, cycling, and baking.
