She received her bachelor's degree from The College of New Jersey and is originally from Flemington, NJ. In her free time Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends, baking and being outside.

Shannon is a PhD student in Mechanical Engineering. As a member of the Wooldridge Combustion Group, she researches cold start emissions in gasoline direct injection engines. She is from Pasadena, MD, and received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). In her free time, she enjoys reading, hammocking, kayaking, listening to musical soundtracks, and playing video games.

Lauren Cooper is a PhD student in Electrical Engineering, working on creating novel setups for few-cycle pulses in fiber lasers. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Western Kentucky University in 2019. In her free time, Lauren enjoys cooking, running, reading the classics, and learning Russian.

Christina is a PhD student in biomedical engineering. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from Northwestern University in 2018. Her current research focuses on performance of upper limb prostheses and surgical intervention for better prosthetic control. Christina is originally from Korea but grew up in Singapore.
Raha is pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Biomaterials and Regenerative Engineering. She is originally from Oregon and went to Oregon State University for undergrad. She enjoys rock climbing, hiking, backpacking, playing board games, and binge-watching tv shows in her spare time.
Charlotte is a PhD student in Chemical Engineering. She is studying the self-assembly of nanoparticles with computational simulations. She enjoys reading and traveling in her spare time.

Leanne is a PhD student in Aerospace Engineering. As a member of the Plasmadynamics and Electrical Propulsion Laboratory, she researches cross-channel interactions in nested Hall thrusters. She is from Seattle, WA, and received her B.S. in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys playing cards, embroidering, and caboozing.
